i) Explosive rules, now they want to legalize it according to Rules, EL – 4 its process is very simple DC will allow El-4 for 1 year , EXPLOSIVE IS Available to miner as we promised . Now, only thing is they will pay And Get the Stuff, more than 60 miner are about to pay liabilities of 13 million, those who didn’t pay the liabilities since 2 Years will pay their liabilities first.
